SPYERA servers are currently under maintenance expected for the next 48 hours. During this period services may only be available intermittently, however no data will be lost. Examples of some problems you may see are:
- Customers may have difficulties logging in to their online account.
- Customers may have difficulties activating the product.
- Customers may experience no new data uploaded to their account.
- Server side commands such as Ambient Recording, RemCam and other dashboard settings may be delayed.
Maintenance does not affect the software on your Target phone and no account data will be lost. The software will continue monitoring your Target phone and should report data as soon as the server is available.
Non-server functions such as SpyCall and Intercept Call should continue to function for customers who have already set up these features.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to strengthen our servers and improve our services for all of you.
