These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SPYERA governing your access to and use of our software, websites and services (together, the “Service”). By purchasing, installing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full.
1. License
SPYERA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service on the number of devices covered by your active subscription. The license remains in effect for the paid subscription period and includes all software updates released during that period at no additional cost.
2. Lawful use & your responsibilities
SPYERA is intended solely for legitimate monitoring: your own devices, a minor child for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or an employee who has provided written consent. You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must inform device owners and users that they are being monitored where the law requires it. Installing monitoring software on a device you do not own or have authority over may be a criminal offence.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to stalk, harass, defraud or harm any person, to intercept communications unlawfully, or to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the software without written authorization. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the term selected at checkout. Unless auto-renewal is disabled from your account before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.
5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. SPYERA does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, as device compatibility depends on operating-system updates outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPYERA’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SPYERA is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Monitored device data
Data captured from a monitored device is transmitted over an encrypted channel to your private account dashboard. This data belongs to you. SPYERA acts as a data processor and does not access, sell or use captured data for any purpose other than delivering it to your account.
You control this data
You may delete captured data from your dashboard at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated monitored data from our systems.
3. How we use information
We use your account data to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, deliver support, send essential service notices, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Security
All data in transit is protected with TLS encryption and data at rest is encrypted on secured servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under strict confidentiality obligations.
5. Your rights

6. Cookies & retention

1. Eligibility
Our guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a SPYERA subscription. To qualify, your refund request must reach us within 10 calendar days of the original purchase date, and you must have contacted our technical support team so we had the opportunity to resolve any issue.
2. What is not covered
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, for requests made after the 10-day window, where the device was found to be incompatible in the published requirements before purchase, or where a term of these policies has been violated.
3. How to request a refund
Contact our support team through live chat or by submitting a request from your account with your order number. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
