If you can’t log in to your SPYERA account, the cause is almost always one of three things: incorrect login details, two-factor authentication (2FA), or a browser cookie setting. This guide walks through each SPYERA login problem and exactly how to fix it.
Error 1: “Sorry, these login details are not correct”
This message means your username or password doesn’t match what’s on file. If you’ve changed your credentials and forgotten them, you can recover both directly from the login screen.
Forgot your password?
- On the login screen, click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your username and click Submit.
- A new password will be sent to your registered email address.
Forgot your username?
- On the login screen, click “Forgot Username?”
- Enter your registered email and click Submit.
- Your username will be sent to your registered email address.
If the recovery email isn’t in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder before trying again.
Error 2: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you enabled 2FA on your account, you must use the Google Authenticator app to generate the current 2FA code and enter it along with your username and password.
If 2FA is enabled but you’ve lost access to your authenticator, contact our support team and we can remove 2FA from your account.
Error 3: Logged out immediately after logging in
If you’re signed out the moment after a successful login, your browser is blocking cookies. The SPYERA web account requires cookies to work correctly, so you’ll need to enable them — or switch to a supported browser.
Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.
How to Enable Cookies
Safari on Mac
- Click Safari → Preferences.
- Open the Privacy tab.
- Select Always Allow Cookies.

Still can’t log in?
If none of these steps resolve the issue, get in touch with our support team and describe the problem. A screenshot of the error is extremely helpful so we can diagnose it quickly.
