How to Renew an Expired Account (When There Is No Pay Button)

When a SPYERA account is still active you renew it with the Pay button in the billing system. Once an account has expired, that button no longer appears — which is why so many people tell us the renewal button is missing or broken. Nothing is broken; the page simply works differently for an expired account.

Renewing an expired account

  1. Log in to the billing system.
  2. Open SPYERA Accounts and select the account you want to renew.
  3. Look for a pending payment listed against it. Settling that payment reactivates the account.
  4. If there is no pending payment to settle, contact support and ask for a renewal link. We will create one for you.

Never renew by ordering again from the pricing page. That creates a brand-new account and you lose access to the data already collected on your existing one.

If your subscription is paid in Bitcoin

Bitcoin subscriptions never renew automatically, so an expired Bitcoin account always needs a manual payment. See How to Pay With Bitcoin.

Important: the 7-day grace period

An expired account is kept for 7 days. If it is not renewed in that time it is deleted permanently, together with the logs and settings on it.

If you have contacted us and are waiting for a reply, your data is safe. The grace period never runs against you while a support request is open. Tell us you want to keep the account and we will protect it until your renewal is sorted out.

If your licence says expired but you have paid

That is a different situation with a different fix, and you should not pay anything. See Why Does My Licence Say Expired When I Have Already Paid?
