Can monitoring software install itself without me knowing?
No. SPYERA must be deliberately installed directly onto the target device through a unique set of steps and configurations. It never installs itself, and it will not perform any function that a person did not set up by hand.
Why is monitoring software hard to spot?
Once installed, SPYERA does not create any visible menus, folders, or icons. It can only be opened or removed by the same kind of deliberate, hands-on action that installed it — and there is no reliable way to detect the software on a device after installation.
The best protection is prevention: never let anyone you don’t trust have physical access to your phone or computer.
What if I think my device has been compromised?
If you believe your device has been tampered with, you can perform a full format (factory reset) to remove all software. Be sure to back up anything important first.
A full format erases all software on the phone — whether or not monitoring software is actually present — and restores the original factory settings. Every app, contact, and setting changed since you bought the phone will have to be set up again.
