You can cancel your SPYERA subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee, and you do not lose the time you have already paid for.
Cancel it yourself, in your account
This is the quickest way, and it takes about a minute.
- Sign in to your billing account.
- Open Activation Codes in the account menu — this is where your subscriptions are listed.
- Click the subscription you want to end.
- Press Cancel, and confirm when asked.
Billing stops straight away. The subscription then shows as Pending Cancellation until the period you have already paid for runs out, and it closes itself on that date.
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel on day 3 of a month you have paid for, you keep the remaining 27 days.
If you change your mind
While a subscription is Pending Cancellation, a Reactivate button appears on the same page. Press it before the paid period ends and everything continues as before — the same account, the same activation code, and the data you have already collected.
Other ways to cancel
- Live chat. Open the chat on any page of our site, verify your email address when asked, and say that you would like to cancel. Our assistant will show you the subscription and cancel it as soon as you confirm.
- Email. Write to support@spyera.com with your order number or activation code and ask us to cancel. A person will action it and reply to confirm.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future payments. It does not return money you have already paid. If you also want a refund, say so — that is a separate request, and our 10-day refund policy explains when it applies.
If you only need to change your card
If your card has expired and you want to keep the subscription running, you do not need to cancel. On the same subscription page, press Change payment and enter the new card. See Does My SPYERA Subscription Renew Automatically?
Before you cancel
If you are leaving because something is not working, it is worth telling us first — most problems have a fix, and you can always cancel afterwards. If you simply need a different plan, see the options on our pricing page.
Keep the confirmation
We send written confirmation whenever a subscription is cancelled. Keep it. If any payment is ever taken after you cancelled, send it to us and we will refund that charge — see I Was Charged After Cancelling My Subscription.
