How to cancel your subscription
SPYERA subscriptions are cancelled manually so we can verify your account and confirm the change directly with you. Follow these steps:
- Open the Contact Us page.
- Start a live chat with our team, or leave a message if we are offline.
- Provide your order number or activation code so we can locate your account.
- We will cancel the subscription and send you a written confirmation.
Your subscription is cancelled within 48 hours of your request. Keep the confirmation message we send you as proof of cancellation.
Before you cancel
