SPYERA may only be installed on a device you own, or on a device whose user has been informed and has consented. Installing it on another adult’s device without their knowledge is against our terms and, in most countries, against the law. We take reports of misuse seriously.
1. Check the device
Read how to find out whether someone is monitoring your device. It explains the signs to look for on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac.
2. Remove it
The uninstall guide covers every platform. Changing your account passwords and updating the operating system afterwards is also sensible.
3. Report it to us
Use the unauthorised installation report. Tell us as much as you can: the device type, when you noticed it, and any activation code or account details you found. We investigate every report, and where an account is used against our terms we suspend it.
If you feel you are in danger
Contact your local police or a domestic-abuse support line first. They can advise you before you remove the software, because removing it may alert the person who installed it.
