SPYERA accepts Bitcoin alongside cards. Paying in Bitcoin works slightly differently from a card payment, and there are two things worth knowing before you choose it.
How to pay with Bitcoin
- At checkout, or on your payment link, choose Bitcoin as the payment method.
- The payment page shows a wallet address, the exact amount in BTC and a QR code.
- Send the full amount in a single transaction. Sending it in parts, or sending a different amount, can leave the order unmatched.
- Wait for the network to confirm the transaction. This usually takes a few minutes.
Once the payment confirms, your order completes automatically, your licence is issued or extended, and your welcome email arrives. You do not need to send us the transaction ID.
Bitcoin subscriptions do not renew automatically
This is the most important difference. A card can be charged automatically each period; Bitcoin cannot. Every renewal on a Bitcoin subscription needs one manual payment from you.
If your subscription is paid in Bitcoin, do not wait for an automatic charge that will never happen. When your renewal is due, open your billing account and pay the outstanding renewal, or ask us for a direct payment link.
No QR code, no amount, or the button does nothing
If the payment page loads but shows no amount, no wallet address and no QR code, the problem is with the order itself, not your browser. Trying a different browser or incognito mode will not help.
Please contact support and tell us what you see. We will check the order and issue you a fresh, working payment link. Do not create additional orders in the meantime, as that only produces duplicates that all fail the same way.
Refunds on Bitcoin payments
A Bitcoin payment is a transfer on the blockchain. Once it confirms it cannot be reversed or returned to the wallet it came from. This is how the Bitcoin network works and is not a policy we choose.
Our 10-day guarantee still applies to you in spirit: if you are unhappy within the guarantee period, contact us and we will make it right another way, such as extending your licence, moving it to a different device, or working through the problem with you directly.
If you expect you may want a refund, pay by card instead. Card payments can be refunded normally.
