SPYERA is installed directly on the target device — the phone, tablet, or computer you want to monitor. You never install anything on your own phone. This guide explains how to install SPYERA, what you receive after purchase, and the requirements to know before you start.
Before you install SPYERA
- You need physical access to the target device for about 5 minutes.
- Remote installation is not possible — there is no way to install SPYERA without holding the device.
- The target device must be officially supported. Check the compatibility page first.
- Installation simply means opening a web page on the target device and entering your download code.
What you receive after purchase
Immediately after a successful purchase you receive a welcome email with everything needed to install and activate the software:
- Your web account login URL, username, and password
- Your download URL
- Your activation code
- A detailed, step-by-step user manual with screenshots, available in more than 50 languages
How to install SPYERA: step by step
Below is a short overview. A detailed guide with a screenshot for every step is available inside your web account after purchase.
- Open the welcome email and note your login credentials and web account URL.
- Log in to your web account.
- Open the HELP section (top-left of the dashboard). On a mobile or small-screen device, tap the menu toggle first, then choose HELP.
- Go to User Manuals → Installation Guide. Here you will find the pre-installation configuration steps and your download URL.
- On the target device, enter the download URL — installation begins automatically.
- When installation finishes, enter your activation code and tap Activate.
That’s it. Once activation is complete you no longer need the target device. From now on you can change settings and control the device remotely from your web portal.
Important notes
If the target SIM card has a PIN code, you can remove it and use another SIM card during installation, then put the original SIM back once installation is complete.
- iPhone and iPad: the process is slightly different. The device must be jailbroken first, and you use Cydia to enter your download URL.
- Locked devices: if the target phone has a security code that prevents you from navigating its menus, installation is not possible — you must be able to move through the menus to install.
