How to Update Remotely?
If you’re an existing customer with a valid subscription, you may see the update icon for the remote update on your web account. This update is FREE for customers with a valid subscription.
Log in to your web account. On your dashboard check the Product Info box. You will see that a software update is available. Proceed to update the software using the update wizard.
Note —if you are updating from SPYERA for Mac version v3 or earlier, ensure you have updated Anti-Virus exclusions.
