Today we’re excited to introduce some major updates to our iOS (iPhone & iPad) iOS monitoring app! We are pleased to announce compatibility for iOS version up to and including 13.5.1

What's New?

  • Launched full support for newest iPhones including (XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max)
  • Launched support for iOS 13.5.1 on iPhones Models X and below

How to Update Remotely?

If you’re an existing customer with a valid subscription, you may see the update icon for the remote update on your web account. This update is FREE for customers with a valid subscription.

Log in to your web account. On your dashboard check the Product Info box. You will see that a software update is available. Proceed to update the software using the update wizard.
