Today we’re excited to announce some major updates to our iOS (iPhone & iPad) iOS monitoring app! Some of the changes include:

What's New?

  • Launched support for iOS 13.5 on iPhones Models X and below

What's Fixed?

  • Simplified post-activation steps for hiding or displaying app icon
  • Fixed issue affecting FaceTime on some iPad devices
  • Various bug fixes

How to Update Remotely?

If you’re an existing customer with a valid subscription, you may see the update icon for the remote update on your web account. This update is FREE for customers with a valid subscription.

Log in to your web account. On your dashboard check the Product Info box. You will see that a software update is available. Proceed to update the software using the update wizard.
