You can uninstall or deactivate SPYERA at any time, either directly on the target device or remotely from your web account dashboard. This guide explains the difference between the two actions, the correct order to perform them in, and how to move your license to another device.
Uninstall vs. deactivate: what’s the difference?
Uninstalling removes the app from the target device but keeps all of your captured data logs in your account. Deactivating frees your license so it can be used on a different device — but it also permanently erases your data.
Deactivation deletes all logs stored in your account. Review or export anything you need before you deactivate.
How to uninstall or deactivate remotely
- Log in to your SPYERA web account dashboard.
- Open the menu on the left-hand panel and go to Device Settings > Device Controls.
- Choose Uninstall or Deactivate.

The correct order for remote actions
- If you remotely uninstall first, you can still remotely deactivate afterward.
- If you remotely deactivate first, you can no longer uninstall remotely.
If a device is installed but deactivated (or was never activated), it can only be activated or uninstalled directly from the target device — not remotely.
Uninstalling without deactivating
You can uninstall SPYERA without deactivating your account. This keeps all captured data logs saved until you either deactivate the license or reinstall later.
If the software is uninstalled but not deactivated, you can reinstall it on the same device and it will start capturing again. You’ll need to reactivate your License Key. If you use the same License Key, the new records are added to the same account, so data from both periods is kept together.
Moving your license to a different device
Your license must be deactivated before it can be installed on a different device. If you plan to reinstall using a different license, the first license must be deactivated first.
A single license can only be active on one device at a time. It cannot run on two phones or computers simultaneously.
