How to renew my subscription?

SPYERA offers a quick and easy way to renew an existing subscription.
Renewal can be done inside the Billing System.

What is a renewal?


Renewal is when you have an existing subscription, e.g., a 1-month license, and when you renew it, you get another month added to your subscription.
You must renew your account to keep using your current setup and accessing your current data.

Renewals must be performed inside the “Billing System.” Please know that you will get a new account if you place a new order from the pricing page.


How to renew a SPYERA account?



Log in to the "Billing System" and click SPYERA Accounts.
Click the "Pay" button. If the account expires already, there will not be a "Pay" button. Instead, there will be pending payments related to the subscription.
Complete the payment form to renew your account.

How to renew multiple SPYERA accounts?



Log in to the "Billing System" and click SPYERA accounts.
All your SPYERA accounts will be listed.
Click the "View" button next to the account you want to renew.
Account details will be listed. Click the "Pay" button. If the account expires already, there will not be a "Pay" button. Instead, there will be pending payments related to the subscription.

Once you complete the ​payment successfully, your account should be renewed shortly.

If the account expires and is not renewed within 7 days, it will be deleted permanently.
