How do you know if someone is using a spy app on your phone?
Our software is not a virus and must be deliberately installed onto the Target device directly, with a unique set of steps and configurations.
It will not perform any functions that were not configured by human intervention.

However, it does not install any visible program menus, folders, or icons.
Once installed, it may only be accessed or uninstalled by equally deliberate human intervention.

You should not let anyone that you do not trust access your device. However, there is no way to detect the software once installed.

If you feel your device has been compromised, you can perform a full format to remove all software.

Just so you know, in performing a full format, you will remove all software on the device regardless of whether our software is on the device. The device will be returned to its original factory settings upon completion of the format, and all software contacts or features and functions changed since the phone was bought will have to be redone.
How do I stop my phone from being monitored?
To stop your phone from being monitored, follow these steps:

1. Update your phone's software to the latest version.

2. Use strong and unique passwords or passcodes for your phone and all your accounts.
3. Enable two-factor authentication for your accounts.

4. Regularly review the permissions granted to apps on your phone.

5. Avoid downloading apps from unknown or untrusted sources.

6. Avoid transmitting sensitive information when connecting to public Wi-Fi networks.

7. Install a reputable mobile security app and regularly scan your device for malware.

8. Be wary of suspicious emails, text messages, or phone calls that ask for personal information.

9. Keep your phone physically secure and avoid leaving it unattended.

What devices are supported?
SPYERA works on Android phones and Tablets, iPhones and iPads, MAC, and Windows computers.

Does Root Require for Android Devices?
No, You don’t need to root the target device.

However, a few advanced features need root permission if the target is an Android device.

Please follow the method below to find features that need root permission.

1- Click Android on the top menu
2- Check features. Features that need a Rooted Android phone have a note “Root Permission Required” on the next of the feature.

If you want to see root tutorials for the phone specifically,

“Root” is related to Android devices only and is not required for iOS devices.
Does Jailbreak Require for iOS devices?
Yes, Jailbreak is required for iOS devices.

If the target uses iOS devices, such as iPhones or iPads, you must jailbreak the target to install SPYERA. This is due to Apple’s App Store policy. Jailbreaking is bypassing several types of Apple prohibitions for the end user.

Jailbreak is required for iOS devices only! If your target device is an Android, then this is not related to you at all.

Just so you know, SPYERA can hide Cydia (Jailbreak) icon, and the target will not know it is jailbroken.
Tell me quickly, how does it work?
SPYERA is a spy app you download into the phone, tablet, or computer you want to spy on.

SPYERA spy app collects all available data and sends it to your secure web account. It sends the data using the target device’s Internet connection, 3G, 4G, 5G, or Wi-Fi.

The spy app also records phone calls and uploads recorded files to your web account. If the recording feature is unavailable on the target phone, SPYERA sends you a notification for calls that started on the target phone, letting you secretly join live calls.

SPYERA silently switches ON the phone’s microphone so you can hear the surroundings. SPYERA works hidden in the background.
What's the difference between SmartPhone, Tablet, and Computer versions?
It is designed for different devices.

SPYERA Tablet works on any compatible tablet, such as Android Tablets and iPads, and the Computer version works on MAC and Windows computers.

SPYERA SmartPhone works on any compatible Smartphone, such as Android or iPhone.
Can I upgrade from SPYERA Tablet to SPYERA SmartPhone?
Yes, you can. However, your subscription expiry date will remain unchanged.

So, if you have six months left and you upgrade, you will still only have six months. To get an upgrade, contact live chat or support[at]spyera.com, stating your email and license key.
What languages does SPYERA Support?
SPYERA supports all languages.

SMS, Emails, IM messages, Address books, etc., will always be displayed correctly on your secure web account.
Why is SPYERA subscription-based?
SPYERA has a web account where you can store and search for your information. 

This gives you the convenience of 24/7 access to your data at virtually no cost. SPYERA has to maintain these servers and provide top-quality live chat and email support, which come with a price. 

Therefore, we ask our customers to renew their licenses so we can continue delivering quality service. And don’t forget that you can move your software using your Activation Code to other compatible devices unlimited times during your subscription period.
How do I move the software from one device to another?
You must deactivate the software from one device and uninstall it. Your license will be available for new installation.

Then, re-install and activate it on the new device. You can uninstall and deactivate it on our web account when the device gets lost, or you cannot access it anymore.
What happens after the subscription months are over?
You may choose to renew the subscription, but there is no obligation.

If you renew your account, you will keep using SPYERA without a new installation.

Otherwise, SPYERA will be deleted remotely after three days.
I purchased SPYERA, but I did not receive it.
The usual cause is that your confirmation email was wrongly identified as Junk/Spam mail or entered the wrong email during the order.

Please check your junk mail folder; you should find the email there. 

If you cannot get your welcome email or mistyped it during the order, please contact [email protected] or Live Chat and ask them to re-deliver your software to your address.
Explain your 10 day money back policy
We want you to feel secure about doing business with SPYERA, as without our customers, we are nothing. 

Therefore, if, for any reason, up to 10 days after the product purchase, you decide that you do not want the product, deactivate it, uninstall it, and tell us why we did not manage to keep your business. We will refund your money in full.

How do I download the software?
All SPYERA products are downloaded DIRECTLY into the device you wish to spy on. After purchase, you will receive a URL that you can use to download.
Remote installation is not possible!

After purchase, you receive a welcome email. This email contains your private download URL. You enter the URL into the phone, tablet, or computer to be monitored. The download will start immediately.
Can I install SPYERA remotely?
No. You must have the target device in your hand for about 3-5 minutes. Installation is simple. You open a web page on the target device and enter your download URL. The download begins automatically. The download takes 20-40 seconds, depending on your internet speed. Once the download is completed, you need to follow the installation steps.
Can I install it using a SIM but then give the phone to my child, who uses another SIM?
Yes. You can use any SIM card during installation. It does not have to be the target SIM card.
Can I install on several device at simultaneously?
Yes. If you have a multi-user license, you can install SPYERA on multiple devices and record all device activity into a single account. One license works on one device at the same time.

Is SPYERA install on the Phone or on the SIM card?
SPYERA is installed on the phone, not the SIM card. There is nothing to do with the SIM card.
How do I read the Email, SMS, IMs etc. and call logs?
SPYERA has a user-friendly web-based monitoring system. Log in to your secure web account to see this information categorically. You can read the individual activities from your account or download a spreadsheet with all events. We offer the download in RTF, PDF, or CSV format.
What else can I do on my web account?
You can conduct extremely powerful searches on your data by period, looking at specific event types for specific keywords. For example, you could ask how many times the word ‘drug’ was used in all outgoing SMS during six days two months ago.
What is real-time ambient listening?
You set a phone number as a monitor number in SPYERA. When a call comes into an installed phone from a predefined number, the microphone will secretly switch on, and you will be able to hear whatever the phone hears.
What is ambient recording?
You set the period to be recorded on your web account. SPYERA will start to record ambient sound once it receives your request from the web account or SMS command. Then, SPYERA will upload the sound file to your web account. You can listen to or download the record files directly on your web account.
Can I listen to phone conversations?
Yes, SPYERA has a call interception feature for listening to phone conversations in real time. You will need to set your monitoring phone number. SPYERA will send you an SMS notification to inform you that the phone call started. Then, when you place a call from your pre-defined number to the target phone number, you will join the phone calls secretly.
Can I record phone calls?
Yes, SPYERA has a call recording feature. Once you enable this feature on your web account, SPYERA will record phone calls and upload sound files to your web account. Then, you can listen to them inside your online web account at your leisure.
How does remote listening work?
The phone with SPYERA on it is the target phone. The phone you make spy calls from is the monitor phone. When you call the target phone from the monitor phone, the target phone will answer the call, letting you listen to the phone's surroundings. If the phone is busy or a key is pressed, the spy call will be disconnected, and the target will be none the wiser.
What does the remote control allow me to do?
Immediately after the installation, all the SPYERA features can be controlled on your web account. You can start, stop, and change all the SPYERA settings without touching the phone! For example, you can even change the monitor number remotely or force the immediate sending of all events. There is no need to touch the phone again.
How can SPYERA help me recover my stolen phone?
SPYERA contains SIM ALERT technology. When the SIM card is changed in a phone with SPYERA installed, it will send an SMS to the pre-defined number containing the phone number, cell ID, SIM number, and network Name. You can then use the SPYERA feature to activate the mobile to listen to the environment and use their phone number to track them down.
How can I renew my subscription?
You will receive a renewal notification to your registered email 7 days, 3 days, and one day before your account expires. This email has a unique renewal link for your account. You need to click your renewal link and complete the payment. Once you have purchased the renewal, the software on the TARGET device will be remotely updated to reflect the renewal, and your expiry date will be extended accordingly. You can also set auto renewal for your account.
How do I change my subscription from monthly to annual
If you wish to change your subscription plan, please use the Billing system. On the Billing System, click the subscription you want to change.
Click the “Change Subscription” button and complete the payment.
Do I need to re-install after renewal?
No, if you renew your account before it expires, you do not need to reinstall it.
How can I uninstall SPYERA?
When you decide not to use SPYERA anymore, you can uninstall it remotely from your web account. You don’t need to access the target device for uninstallation physically. It can be done remotely with just one click.
If I uninstall SPYERA, will CYDIA or SuperSU become visible?
By default, no, but if you wish to make it visible, you must turn the visibility option ON first.
Do you provide a user manual for Uninstallation?
Yes, we have a detailed user manual for uninstallation. The user manual for uninstallation is step-by-step, and each step has screenshots. You can also uninstall SPYERA remotely from your web account with just one click.
