How to install this version:
All installations including reinstallations and upgrades must be performed directly from the Target phone itself, and cannot be done remotely.

If you already have a Blackberry GOLD version Target phone, you must first uninstall the program from the settings menu. Then point the phone’s browser back to the download site and use the same Activation Code to download and install again, following the same steps as the first time to set your program options again.

NOTE: If you do not see “uninstall” as a menu option, you may need to Deactivate first. Be sure to download your logs from the web account as Deactivation will clear any logs in the account.

SPYERA GOLD Blackberry ver. 1.02 introduces the following changes:

- NEW GPS FEATURE: New command added for GPS On Demand. Command is independent of GPS capture setting. Will send a discreet SMS reply from Target to Monitor, containing a single GPS location with a link to the location on a map.

- GPS capture improvements

GPS capture method quicker and more efficient. Ability to capture GPS is more reliable than before.

- Additional location capturing methods

When GPS is unavailable, the program will now use any additional network information that may be available from the mobile operator (triangulation and other location services) to help determine location. This may not always be as accurate as an independent GPS signal, but will work when indoors and at other times when GPS alone is unavailable (depending on Cell ID and other location based network information, which may vary from network to network).

- SpyCall for models 8830 & 8330

Many customers reported problems with SpyCall either dropping or going mute when using Target models 8830/8330. This has now been resolved and SpyCall should function normally for these models.

- Multi-part SMS capture more reliable

In the previous version, a multi-part SMS (more than the default max 160 characters) could sometimes be reported with blank or “null” content. Multi-part SMS is now supported for all listed devices and OS versions.

GOLD includes all features of our previous Blackberry products, and tops out the list with Intercept Call. As with our other platforms, Intercept Call allows you to secretly patch into live calls on the Target phone, in real time. Whether a call comes into the Target or is placed outgoing from the Target, your configured Monitor phone will receive a discreet SMS notice of the connecting call. Simply use your Monitor to make a SpyCall to the Target during any active call, and you’ll automatically become a secret participant in the conversation. Mute your own mic to avoid detection.

SPYPHONE GOLD for Blackberry works on all models listed on our supported devices list, but is not yet compatible with Blackberry OS version 5.0.

Please note: SPYPHONE GOLD Intercept Call will NOT work on CDMA networks (Sprint/Verizon/Others) and is only compatible with GSM networks (ATT/T-Mobile/Others). If you have any doubt about your network please verify with the network operator before purchasing SPYPHONE GOLD.

Version 3.04 introduces the following changes:

This new version of GOLD INTERNET for Symbian is mostly a maintenance release, but you may want to update if you are having any problems. We are also offering a new command with this release, which might be a bit tempting for some. Be careful with it, and remember that you are responsible for using the software in a legally responsible manner, and for everything you do that might arouse suspicion.

NEW FEATURE: SMS command added to remotely send any SMS message directly from the Target to any defined number.

- GPS update

Fixed invalid longitude which sometimes contained ‘-Inf’ instead of a number. The proper coordinate now appears.

- Minor UI changes

Prompt and Security menu’s moved under “Advanced” menu. Also an “Exit and Uninstall” option has been added.

- More efficient code

A potential memory leak has been closed.

Who should install this version:

If you are currently satisfied with your existing version or do not have a GPS enabled Target, it is not necessary to update the software at this time. However we generally encourage all customers to update if possible, for better trouble-shooting and diagnostic service.

THIS UPDATE IS ONLY FOR SPYERA SPYPHONE SYMBIAN GOLD INTERNET CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OTHER SPYERA PRODUCTS OR MOBILE OPERATING PLATFORM.

How to install this version:

If you already have a GOLD INTERNET Symbian 9 Target phone, you must first uninstall the program from the settings menu (no need to deactivate). Then point the phone’s browser back to the download site and use the same ActivationKey to download and install again, following the steps in the manual to set your program options again.

How to upgrade:

Existing customers who would like to upgrade from Basic or SILVER up to GOLD INTERNET may contact us with your Activation Key. We will send you the UPGRADE link and follow through the checkout process to purchase an upgrade for only the difference in cost. If you are more than six months into your current subscription period, it may be cost effective to purchase a subscription renewal at the lower cost of Light first, and then upgrade after. When you have completed the purchase you will receive an email with further upgrade instructions. You will need access to the Target phone to uninstall the current product and reinstall the new version. Remote install is not possible.

Our environmental listening features overcomes both of those obstacles. Once you’ve installed our spyphone software on the phone you can send a hidden message which will turn the phone on without any outward sign (the lights stay off, no ringtones, signal, or history) and you can effectively turn the phone into a microphone.

Note on Jailbreaking

To install SPYERA you will need an iPhone that is already jailbroken. Jailbreaking is not the same as unlocking, and is generally a harmless process which allows you to install numerous 3rd party software not directly available via iTunes and the App Store. Various 3rd party utilities and tutorials are available for jailbreaking your iPhone if necessary, although we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by the use of 3rd party tools we do not directly support. We do however provide links to some of these resources as a courtesy.
